PHILOSOPHY/MISSION
As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I take pride in developing collaborative relationships with individuals to help them find balance in their lives. I rely on evidence-based practice and clinical assessment skills to properly diagnose and treat the people who entrust their mental health care to me. My goal is to work with each patient to tailor a treatment plan that aligns with their goals, so they can become the best version of themselves.

SERVICES I OFFER
MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
Medications can be a good addition to treatment when mental health symptoms feel overwhelming. Psychiatric medications are my specialty and we will work together to find what works for you to help manage symptoms and work towards remission.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Therapy is not a "one size fits all" treatment. We will tailor therapy sessions to help you reach your treatment goals. Therapy can be done on your terms and frequency depends on your timeline. Therapy services can be provided alone or alongside medication management services.

FINANCIAL POLICY
At Balanced Mental Health Care (BMHC), we want to be very transparent with the fees for all services provided. We have chosen not to be a participating provider with commercial insurance companies because we appreciate having the autonomy to tailor treatment to the patient’s needs, not by the policies, limitations and requirements of insurance companies. Clients are welcome to pay with credit/debit or to utilize HSA/FSA accounts.  All balances must be paid prior to a subsequent appointment being scheduled. Â
Our goal is to make mental health care as affordable as possible and strive to keep our rates reasonable.
FEES
Initial Interview and Evaluation (60 minutes): $250
Medication Management Follow-Up (30 minutes): $100
Therapy Session (30 minutes): $55.00
Paperwork (FMLA, ESA, work/school accommodations): $50
Late Cancellation/No Show Fee: $50
We value your time and hope you value ours and that of other patients as well. Appointments are limited, so if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment for any reason, 24-hour advance notice is required so that we can offer that time to another patient in need. There will be a $50 fee for the first failed appointment, $100 for the second and the third will result in being dismissed as a patient.
